Duties

• Assist the Division Head to Conduct Testing of System Controls Required for Audit Readiness in SAP
  
• Act as the Analyst Responsible for Operations Supporting Audit Readiness and Related System Testing/Analysis
  
• Ensure All Relevant Statutes, Policies, and Business Rules Are in Compliance With Department of Defense (DoD), and Other Applicable Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), Office of Management And Budget (OMB), and Treasury Department Directives And Guidance
  
• Conducts Functional Operational Reviews to Examine Work Processes, Records, and Other Information for Compliance With Laws, Regulations, SAP ERP Business Processes, and Command Business Rules
  
• Perform Process Improvement Evaluations of Financial Programs, Processes, and Systems to Assess the Effectiveness, Identify Root Cause Issues, and Provide Recommendations for Updates to Policies and Procedures in SAP

Basic Education Requirement

A. Degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. The 24 hours may include up to 6 hours of credit in business law. (The term "accounting" means "accounting and/or auditing" in this standard)

OR

B. Combination of education and experience - at least 4 years of experience in accounting, or an equivalent combination of accounting experience, college-level education, and training that provided professional accounting knowledge.

• Possesses 5-6 years of Experience in Implementing SAP Funds Management
  
• Possesses 4-5 years of Experience in Integrating SAP Public Sector, SAP Collections, and Disbursements
  
• Experience Working in a Solution Manager Environment
  
• Experience with Cost Allocation and Performance Accounting Including Diverse
  
• Organization Structures, Costs, Services, and Factors
  
• Hands-On Senior SAP Funds Management Consultant with 2 Full-Life Cycle Implementation Experience
  
• Good Interpersonal Communication With Clients Is a Must
  
• Deep Understanding of Integration With All Other Modules
